Simply dab a small amount of Breathe E.Z to a Q tip or your finger, then apply directly to your nose, either inside or on the entrance of your nasal passages. Follow with a nice deep breathe through your nose and feel the aroma travel up to your sinuses immediately reducing all inflammation!

The first time using this balm may be jarring and even a little tingly, so we recommend starting with a very small amount and adjusting as needed.
