How long will it take for my package to ship?
We do our best to ship each package the same or next day; however, please allow up to 7 business days for all shipping. Each package, once shipped, will have a tracking number that is emailed to you and should arrive henceforth within the listed timeframe. If you have a question concerning the whereabouts of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I ordered the same soap bar I got last time, but the texture and color are a little different, is that normal?
Our products are handmade using natural ingredients which can sometimes cause differences in texture and color between batches. These differences in appearance do not affect the quality of the product you order. If you have further questions about the appearance of your product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you offer shipping outside of the United States?
At the moment, we are only shipping our products within the U.S; however, we hope to extend our shipping to more countries soon!
Are all your products vegan?
Our products are all made with plant-based ingredients. Some products, like our Happy Salve and Happy Balm, are made with unrefined beeswax which is made by bees and is considered vegetarian, not vegan.
Do you offer special or custom orders?
Have a special request or event coming up? We are more than happy to work with you to create the perfect gift, party favor, and more! Please email us at TheMCReserve@gmail.com with the subject “Special Occasion Order” or “Custom Order” and we will get back to you soon! Please allow a minimum timeframe of one week in advance for local orders in Orange County, CA and four weeks for orders that need to be shipped. Please also email us with any questions you may have, we do our best to accommodate all requests.
